FAQ

The app shows that it can't connect to the TV's Wi-Fi network. What should I do?
  • Check whether the TV and the mobile phone are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
  • Confirm if the Wi-Fi network is working properly. You can try connecting other devices for a test.
  • Restart the TV and the router. Sometimes this can solve the connection problem.
The app can connect to Wi-Fi but fails to control the TV functions. What's the reason?
  • Ensure that the app has been updated to the latest version. Older versions may have compatibility issues.
  • Check if the TV system needs to be updated to support the control functions of the app.
  • It might be that the control permissions of the TV are not set correctly in the app. Log in to the app again and check the permission settings.
When the app is connected to Wi-Fi to control the TV, it responds slowly or gets stuck. How to solve it?
  • Check the network bandwidth. Heavy usage of the network by other devices might cause lag. Pause the heavy traffic usage of other devices.
  • Clear the memory of the mobile phone and the cache of the TV to release system resources.
  • Try reinstalling the app and restarting the TV.
I forgot the Wi-Fi password of the TV and can't connect. How to retrieve it?
  • You can view the password information of the connected devices on the router management page.
  • If the router supports the WPS button connection, you can directly pair via the WPS connection function on the mobile phone app without entering the password.
After changing the Wi-Fi network, the app can't control the TV. How to deal with it?
  • Re-select the new Wi-Fi network in the TV's network settings and enter the password to connect.
  • Re-search and connect to the TV in the app.
The TV has a good Wi-Fi signal strength, but the app still can't control it. What to do?
  • It might be that there is a problem with the communication protocol between the TV and the app. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
  • The firewall or security settings of the TV might prevent the connection of the app. Check the relevant settings of the TV and allow the app to access.
Conflicts occur when multiple devices use the app to control the TV simultaneously. How to avoid it?
  • It is recommended to use only one device to control the TV via the app at a time.
  • If a conflict occurs, close the app on other devices or reconnect to Wi-Fi and open the app.
